people would like to know how the're performing during races against others, so they can review races and know what the're doing wrong with the're stratergy aswell, I do have to wonder how many times team boss's would review the race watching replays... (I would appreciate it if this could also be a free feature, if it comes into reality...)

You can get quite a bit of information by reviewing the race results, especially for your driver. e.g.

We aim to add replays in a future patch, but it's no small task, so it won't be any time soon.

I noticed the race results don't mention things like bad pitstops, punctures and similar.

Leon, that is something that will be easier to get done more quickly. We've had it in mind to add weather and driver error information to the race results page. The events you mentioned would be a good addition too. Thanks.
