Level main engineer

I am an admin in the F1 league IGP SILESIA RACING id109466.  I noticed a strange thing about one of the players.  He managed to hire a main engineer who was level 15 where the manager himself is level 10. How is this possible?

Yeaah. This hapen alot lately. In my league,manage level 12,bought a driver level 17. That must be a bug in the new update

Lol that bug is quite old. Once I spend a bunch of tokens to get a CD. And when the auction finished, I had a driver lvl15 and I was lvl 12 with a lower talent! :p
