App Crashing on launch

What did you try to do?
I open the app and it goes to the main menu.

What happened instead?
It freezes and tells me the app has stopped responding. I have to reload the app for it to work again. It only freezes about half the time though

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Today the iOS app loads the after briefly displaying a page it just show the loading screen
