Another hour, another question :D
I\'ve seen in other races results, that sometimes teammates pitted in the same lap, while being less than 2 seconds apart. After the stop the distance remains the same, from which I assume, that the following car would not have to wait, until the frontrunner in the pits is done with his stop, so more or less as if both drivers have separate pits.
Is that right? Until now I always kept this in mind and never pitted both drivers in the same lap, which could be redundant then.

they pit and leave pits like normal no penalties

I have noticed this too. I can pit my drivers together, (less than 1 second apart), & they pit & carry on with the same gap. I believe there should be a penalty for the queing second car.

Yep, this isn\'t yet implemented, but I\'m quite sure the devs are aware of it and it will change in the future.

You are lucky guys.
I have tried that and always had issues with my second driver. Even when there was 20s between them.
Now I don\'t pit them in the same lap.
