Hi, we just turned into new season, and my car design was reset. I kept the same CD and TD for the whole season, fought to get into Elite, missed it by 10ish points, just to be disappointed again at the turn of season with me now being behind all the cars that were behind me previous season with design. Need help.

Hello Zoran,
At the start of every season, car design is reset for every car. The design you get at the start of the season is based on the Strengths and Weaknesses of your CD; as well as how long they have been a member of your team

I know that, also I know that after the whole season, my cd and td should've made design with more than jus one attribute (and that being acc which is my cd strength) above 21. Something failed here which is a huge setback for me for the upcoming season.

Have you had the same CD all of the previous season? Did you level up last season?

Your TD has no influence over start of season design.

You are currently in a Pro tier, and your calendar for the coming season shows 15 races so I will assume the previous season was the same.
Your current CD does not have strength Acc, he has Strength Braking and Weakness Fuel Economy.
IF your current CD was active for all 15 races last season, for each race he will have generated 1.5 dp in Braking, 0.5 dp in Fuel Economy and 1 dp in the remaining 6 attributes. So your start of season design (without taking supplier bonuses into consideration) should be:

Acceleration 15
Braking        23
Cooling        15
Downforce   15
Fuel Econ     8
Handling      15
Reliability     15
Tyre Econ     15

If your design values are lower than the above table then either you levelled up and/or changed CD part way through the season and your other CD was lower level than your team.
