Only seeing top half of fuel left, tyre wear etc bar in Live Timing + Controls

I just had a league race and I was using Live Timing + Controls and I could only seem to be able to see the top half of the tyre wear, fuel consumption etc toolbar. Even if i make the page smaller or bigger or full screen it doesnt change, I cant move it but i can move the chat menu. Can someone help me as it would be great if i could actually be able to control how hard my driver is pushing, and to be able to see his tyre wear..

Are you using a mobile device to connect Harry?
