is it possible to get settigs which give opportunite to choose,  mandatory to use of two different compounds during a race and disable kers last 5-10 laps.

Hello Tomi,
Currently, these types of rules are not mandatory in iGP Manager leagues however, some league hosts choose to implement them. 

If you would like to suggest that they are made mandatory in every league, please write a new thread in the Suggestions subforum.
