Hi, I've just moved up from level 13 to 14, and straight away I replaced a level 13 cd and td, both 4.5 stars, with level 14, both 5 stars. 
Just gone into the research section, if i concentrated on one area i got 61 percent when level 13, only got 59 now. I thought that number would increase, or at least stay the same.
Thanks in advance for any help

It goes down every time you level up because you get more design points now you can upgrade your headquarters. This happened to me as well when i levelled up to 7

Ah ok, thanks for the explanation. I'm not too bothered about it, only 2 percent, but was curious to know ?
