Hi,
One of our league mate asked us this, "When you refuel does it add to the amount you already had in the car? Or does it reset it from the new amount?" Any explanations and answers is much appreciated.

The amount of fuel you set is the amount if fuel you put in. I.e if you want 27 liters of fuel in the car for the next stint and you have 0.7 liters left you will still get 27 liters, not 27.7.

To add to what has already been said, fuel cannot be removed at a pitstop.
If you come into the pits with 15 litres, and have 10 litres in the strategy for the next stint, you leave the pits with 15 litres.
