In a statement to me earlier this week, he said "Yes, yes, the rumours are true. I did mistakenly purchase a couple of rusty old racing cars at an auction some time ago. And yes, I can't seem to find anybody who'll buy them from me and have decided to go racing." Richards is yet to commit to a league but insisted that once he'd finished watching his boxed set of Paw Patrol he would be "on the case."
