Reintroduce Contract Negos

Personally i feel that its ridiculous that you start paying so much money for a staff and drivers after you extend their contracts 2 times and im breaking the bank just to keep them around because i cant find any better. Is it just me thats having this problem or everyone else is also having the same deal?

I did not play this game when the contract system was there but I have played other games like this(motorsport manager) so I know the contract system. It will make the game much better if the contract system was back

That person that you keep renewing there contract knows they are in great demand and if you don’t pay what they want, they will go to another team because I bet you, your fellow league managers are waiting to snap that person up. You just stated, you can’t find anyone better. So you already have the best. So like in life, you have to pay the most for that person 

Well no... i just dont have the money to build up the youth academy so the 1 million dollar driver is all i have... going up to elite now i need to sign a driver that is the same level as me to at least be competitive and my books arent exactly green.

Just upgrade your Youth Academy HQ...You can scout a lot of cheaper drivers from there...

It would be interesting to have contract negotiations, especially the lvl 17+ drivers that are exceptionally good but the wage would be too high to make it worth for a tem in development.
Staff on the other hand can be released and re-signed and get a bit lower wage as their lvl doesn't increase as drivers.

In your case it's hard to get a low wage driver as you are lvl 15 and a new driver at your lvl would already start at 1M or close to it as they were trained and got dispensed by other managers. It's like Charles Leclerc contact from Sauber to Ferrari: Ferrari had to pay a lot for an already developed driver to make his mind from and keep him as long as possible. If you want a low wage driver I suggest you to let your drivers contact ran out, get the free T1-2 drivers the game gives, raise money and then get a new one from your own YDA or buy one from other managers at a low lvl so you can have a good driver with low wages.
