4.3 Manager XPManagers have three kinds of experience points (XP) that they can obtain. They are: Reputation, Scouting and Development. Each has its own application and each is calculated differently, see below for more information.
[list]
[*]Reputation - Starts at 5,000, with a range of 0 to 10,000. Completely dynamic and can either increase or decrease based on your finishing position in a race. Racing against managers with higher reputation can result in big reputation gains for yourself if you outperform them. However, the reverse also applies. If you are beaten by a team which you are expected to beat, which has a lower reputation, then this will reduce your reputation. The reputation system is essentially a rank of how well you perform relative to how well you are expected to perform.
[*]Reputation & Tiers - Relative to the Rookie tier, any positive Reputation XP gains are 25% greater in the Pro tier and 50% greater in the Elite tier. Negative XP is calculated on the same scale in all tiers.

But yeah.. this works just like Bradley said. I studied
last race you did and from there you can see that your Reputation is 182 over lague average XP and you didn't beat anyone you were unexpected to beat. Bit like Vettel in F1 currently, he has already beaten everyone and thus can't get more reputation there anymore, lol. At least not with driving in same team with Webber or Ricciardo. Only way he could get more reputation would be trying to be team mates like Alonso, Lewis or Kimi, but that would be maybe too risky for him.. No pain, no gain. That's just how it goes. I'd suggest to join league with more cars, if you really want to gain XP.
EDIT: more managers I meant. :D
