how do I get marketing revenue? In alle races i get 0$. I have 14 Martig manager,  please help.

You won't get any money unless you buy the commercial facility which isn't available for you currently.

Anyone know what's the best markup to get the best income?

how many marketing manager is needing when i have not the commervial facility? 

You will need Marketers to sell your items for you but you will need the facility first. You should have a few for each type of merchandise your selling. You can select how many people are doing each job and how much you charge for your merchendise when you get the facility and you click on it. Until then, try to get some level ups!
