Can't view mobile timing or timing plus control

i cant spectate with mobile timing. i am worried this will be the same for my upcoming race. anyone tell me why? total noob and not yet a subscriber.

You can only spactate with 2d viewer, if you don't have that, than you can controll your team with live timing.

Mobile timing will only display the live timing, and it takes about 10 seconds to load in after opening the timing screen. If it won't open, check that your browser will allow the popup, it might be blocking it.

Also I notice you have 0 races on your account so far, meaning you're trying to spectate other peoples races. FYI trials of 2D can only be used to spectate your own races, in case you try to do that too.

ok so a few races in and live timing will not work at all on laptop. i can only spectate on my phone with mobile timing which isn't ideal. live timing is the problem not wrroed about 2D as thats only a trial. but both mobile timing and live timing on laptop say i cant establish connection to server, i have made an exception for them in pop ups settings and disables my ad block on the website and still it either takes forever to try and load and then gives me an error message or it comes back immediately saying it can't connect.
