Hi Burak, when someone joins back same League, he'll keep points he had previously, although you cannot see that until next race happens.
Only problem is that your car design gets a penalty by leaving the League and therefore you are probably going to perform slower than you should do.
So, if you can hold chapionship first place even though not being able to race well the last race, you will win the season and be promoted to Pro tier.
