German Forces recruits

We, the German Forces, are again recruiting promising pilots.
We are one of the strongest leagues in German-speaking countries with 22 races in a random calendar.
Our races go over 100% and take place at double speed.
To make it more exciting, we have a maturity rule that states that at least 2 different mixtures have to be used in each race. All important decisions in the league are made jointly by vote.
