Contact Form response time?

Hey guys,

i was just wondering what the rough response time was after posting a contact form?
I bought some tokens however they have still not come through and i followed the instructions on what to details to send. Just wondering when i'd hear back?

Hello George,
It can take up to 72 hours (longer on a weekend) to get a response from the support team. This is due to the large amount of queries the Support Team receive.
