Dear Andy and Jack after 2 days of suffering i can tell you he problem is with the chome, no issues with explorer

I don't unfortunately, because I use Chrome (as do a large portion of managers) and it works fine here. Have you tried clearing the cache? Also what version of Chrome do you use?
