I am struggling for money at the moment. Although I can keep my team going, at the same time, I cannot develop on my team. How can I save and earn money, yet still perform decently? Any help will be appreciated.

Not switching drivers often is one and perhaps one of the more important since it saves quite some money on signing fees.

Squize money out of sponsor contracts and don't bother getting a good technical director and commercial manager. They don't do anything at the moment so an auto signed one will do just as fine.

In addition to Tjerk's comments on hiring drivers, always try to negotiate the driver's per race salary if you do need to hire one. Never offer them what they ask. Try offering half their asking price, maybe even less.

You are hiring so many drivers, I dont recommend to hire more than 2 drivers per championship, and I dont know how many money are you paying for your drivers, being a level6, a maximum of 420.000 is what I recommend.

And if you stay with the same drivers during 4-5-6-7-8 championships you will have a higher level driver.

Yes, I am learning from my mistakes and I am listening. I need to reduce both of my drivers contracts.

Driver wages do eat up the most money.. but it is simple to sort them out.

I once trained up a driver for another manager (Ethan Bass) and when I asked him what he was paying, he told me that it was over a million.. I laughed because I was paying under 600k for him and Ethan was paying nearly double.. So look at all areas like that.

PS. You don't need a comercial or Tech director. I know it says that you do.. but you don't need them.. The 2 main staff are Designer and doctor. ;)

you could sell some facilities to get more money or buy a cheap driver

Ok, I sold a facility yesterday, and i'll watch drivers but signing them cost a lot of money so...

Well. I've just looked and seen that you are still in the Rookies... So, why don't you just re-set your team?

You have a lot more knowlege this time around and it's not like you will have superstar drivers / staff at the moment and it's not like you will be dropping out of the Pro's or Elites... It's just an idea that might help you bud.

I make over 4 mill per race without commerce or getting my objectives... I am level 13.. So finding the right setup for your team is the main point.

I think my team is fine, i'm in a private league where there is only rookie but there is a lot of competition.
