Hello Simon

I'm really sorry.
May I ask if you still have connection problems?

Yes. Still the same problems. How do I attach a screen shot?

Hello Jack

From the screen I see, I can say that you are trying to access the live race through a browser, I think this is the problem.
You need to use the Android app on Android tablets, don't open the browser.
Make sure your redirect settings are set to stay in the app.
This error is displayed on the tablet/smartphone when trying to access the race live via a browser because it is not supported.

I don't have an Android tablet. I use a Mac. Everything has been working fine for the last few years. Why am I having problems now?

Hi Jack

Okay. Try emptying your mac cache.

  1. In the top menu select Safari.

  2. Click Preferences.

  3. Select the Advanced tab.

  4. Enable Show Development menu in the menu bar.

  5. Now go to Development in the menu bar.

  6. Select Empty the cache.

Also I need to know which browser you use. Chrome, Mozilla, Opera..

Typically Firefox has been the most stable so I've been using that. Lately it has been playing up. I keep getting that error message I sent you. Most of the time it loads up once I click 'OK' on the error message. Sometimes it doesn't. I don't know how to clear cache on Firefox. I'm sure I can look it up if that's what I need to do.

Hi Jack

Yeah, it also clears the cache from Firefox.
Also remember NOT to use the incognito navigation window.

I've been running into the same issues on firefox recently as well. So now as well as the game taking ages to load it also throws up an error message and gets stuck on the final percent of the "loading track resources" screen.

Happened again at the same time in the same league: clicking go to race, waiting there for ages as usual and then just when it's about to load the track it freezes. I cleared cache, I closed and reopened the viewer multiple times and it always freezes right here. It's ruining my GP before it even starts...

Cleared the cache as instructed in Firefox and all seems to work fine now. Thank you. Bit gummy though....

Hi Leo
You could open a new thread, so you don't have to deal with more problems between different managers in the same thread. I'd appreciate it. :)
