Doubled Research Points, Names

What did you try to do?
Checked the results of the last race (immediately after the race ended)

What happened instead?
Upon checking, the names of the drivers doubled. For example, the car which supposedly finished in first, appears to have finished 1 and 2 on the results page. The screenshot is here: https://imgur.com/skTrfUf
