What did you try to do?
Just normal pitstop on the league race

What happened instead?
Pit stop takes 8.5 secs usually it is meant to be 4.6s or mostly 4.9s. With that today I lost my first podium chance on pro and I dropped to 9th place.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

What is the model of your device?
Mac pro and pixel 3a

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
On both but for mac is 10.15 and latest android version

What operating system is your PC?
Mac 10.15

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Safari

Can the bug be reproduced?
Don't know

Additional comments:
Please fox those issue as soon as possible and also if there is any chance that I got any push for overcome this bug then please I am happy to take that.

As far as I can see, your pit stops were 4.4s, 4.5s and 4.5s, nowhere near 8.5s! Also it was very unlikely you would have got a podium as you ended up being lapped.

Hello Hardik, I suppose you're refering to your 2nd stop in Malaysia. iGP manager does take the amount to refuel into account to calculate the pit stop times. That's easily forgotten as, probably, more than 99% of stops take less than 50 litres and that amount is usually covered within the 4-5 seconds the stop takes minimum to switch tyres. However you filled for 27 or 28 laps and thus I'd guess around 90 litres and that amount lengthens your stop. As it's no bug I move the thread to Help & Support.

A little hint: In iGP manager fuel weight has a rather big impact on lap times. So, as a rule of thumb, fueling above 40 litres should have a good tactical reason behind it and above 50 litres often already costs about equal time on the track than just doing another stop. Also the hard tyre is too slow and due to fuel weight the lower wear has no advantage.
