Hey guys I have a bit of a problem where my desing for next season will start earlyest January 14th and latest Febuary 2nd. My development is set to next seaon and I have 102 people working on the parts. Please help me fix this bug. I don't want to start next season with a 1% car!

I think it is because you have a 100% car for this season.  The game is designed to stop total domination.

Moved to gameplay assistance, it's not a bug. Check the rules & regulations on design for more insight in to how the system works.
