Not only i have this problem, its impossible to do smth. Solve all these problems (selfcalculating fuel on pit,tire changes,time losing,slide shows), so we can enjoy this game like we earlier did.

Hmm, 8 people have the same problem and no one clarifies?
I assume, slide show means, the race ran really slow.

lol, he's trying to fool everybody. We can see who clicks the button. 7 of them are all accounts that belong to him.


We haven't received any reports of somebody else having this issue yet, so it seems to be isolated to him.

The game runs very slow, for example during the lap you see that your car in the 1st sector, and suddenly you see it in the 3rd sector.

I congratulate you, that u can see who clicked, but the problem is real. And are u sure that all this akks belongs to me? If no say nothing and do your job. The job of real Head of support!!!!!

I've not said your problem isn't real, only that using multiple accounts to get more attention for your issue won't be effective in getting it resolved.

I understand you're frustrated. We don't mind if you unleash your anger towards us. But we can't read minds, so we need more details about your problem. We can only address problems if we have information on them. 

The race hast to go like a movie, but instead of movement, i see only pictures, which are changing every 5 or 6 seconds. And it happens since new year, not only i have this problem. I have 3 akks. Another 5 voices were another people. I dont want to unleash anger towards u, the only thing i want is u solving these problems, because sometimes i think that the game is dead.

When did the problem begin?

Can you perform speed tests using wi-fi and mobile data and tell us the results? Also, uninstall, then reinstall the app. You can also clear the cache in your iGP Manager's account settings, as that may help. We just need to make sure we're eliminating all possible external problems.

Wifi 5 mbit, the game is running good during day, but in the night period about 10 o'clock its realy terrible, only in android app. And another problem about 2 weeks i have the problems with launching the game in pc. Pc is realy good, i've played the last call of duty, so the problem is in your servers. Thanks for your help.

If it's it, then close the apps on the background or go to a room with better signal strength or switch the network from mobile to Wi-Fi and vice versa.
As said yourself, it only happens at night, so it can be a problem on your internet provider giving you some extra ping.

Only thing I have to complain is the light system not working properly as you can see as the lagging was my connection fault.

I have already spoken with my provider. It's okey. Only in Android app, i reinstalled the game during the week it happened once for 3 secs its okey, till this moment.
