Hi , i won my last race in Turkey by starting 2 (second) , but i only got 20 XP , but some other guys won more XP than me. I want to know how does really XP gaining works ?

As far as I know it\'s quite a complicated system, which takes many factors into account. In your case I think it\'s mainly to do with your XP level compared to the rest of the grid\'s XP level. Exaggerated example: when you have 8000 XP and join a league with an average XP of 1000, you won\'t gain much XP, even if you win the race. Simply because you are way too strong for the grid.
On top of that - apart from the XP itself - I think that having a far better car, driver, or team in general might have effect on the XP gain too. Eg. when you have a shit driver, with a badly designed car, worn parts and an inexperienced TD, but you still manage to win the race, you deserve to gain more XP.. But I\'m not 100% sure about this last part. :-)
