Training not being carried out

Can I assume values are rounded up and we only see the whole number? ie 10.6 is shown/displayed as 11.
I've tried training a driver with 11 health, have a 4.5 star doctor yet training doesn't happen(I've tried switching through mental/driving ability).

You can't train a driver with 11% health with a 4.5 star doctor until the driver has more health. To lose 11% health would bring their health to 0%, otherwise known as death. :)

However if you do multiple Quick Races a drivers health can go down to 0% as you say DEAD. 

Said driver appears to have lost/not gained 2 health somewhere.....
They were on 11health when I first posted, 7hrs later and a few videos he's now on 64 - should be 66.
Strange.....

I know if you are tapping or clicking the training buttons too fast it sometimes doesn't update to show the correct numbers. Your drivers health may have actually been 9%, possibly.
