New DRS, max speed limit...

Noticed something since we've had the new more powerfull DRS, its much more difficult to overtake cars ahead (using kers) when they have DRS themselves compared to b4, i think this is due to the fact that theres appears to be a top speed limit of 350kph so kers isnt having the same effect due to being limited at 350kph no matter if u using kers & drs at same time etc, can this limit be removed or raised?

Its actually easier to overtake on others parts of the track without drs train as Kers has a greater effect.

Maybe I'm stuck with a bunch of noobs, but last race at Monza only one car reached the 350km/h mark. Weird, one would expect Hungary to be a lot slower than Monza.

Lol Gary, it's funny that there's a max speed limit for the cars.
It means that your car cannot be setup for high top speed instead of accelaration out of slow corner.
Does that mean that given the same suppliers and development level, all cars have the same characteristics. The only difference is in the driver...

Regarding your question, if the limit is removed or raised, how will we control the top speed of the cars? Or do we have no control on that?

My point is that since the new DRS came in the gap between drs & drs+kers is now smaller due to doing a higher top speed in drs zone meaning its more difficult to overtake in the drs zone now and is infact easier to overtake out of the drs zone when using kers in a drs train, would it not be better to just increase the max speed alittle bit to equalise how it was b4 the more powerfull DRS came in?

Or maybe they could just cut down the power a bit. 

After all, it's ridicolous to top 350 in Hungary (or anywhere except maybe Monza) even if you have the Super-DRS.
