No promotion, 16 members

What did you try to do?
Have my league's PRO division promote to ELITE. I, before the last race, added an account to take it to 16 members. No-one left pre-race OR before the new season

What happened instead?
Promotion didn't happen... The team I added didn't take part (BC 1 race a day, this is the only reason I can think of that it didn't promote), and the 4 due to promote were left in Pro. If you look, we have 19 PRO members, 1 left since the new season, so we had 16 at season end to prove what I said above. The PRO members are very disappointed.

I won pro , put loads of effort into it and was the most dominant winner ever  , just feels unfair when the gap to second was so big I didn’t get promoted , I may not get promoted next season this could have been my only chance and it’s gone and I did nothing wrong

I just fixed it.
I manually promoted the managers who should have been promoted.
