What did you try to do?
I can't do anything on it, I just need moderators to reopen them.

What happened instead?
All leagues threads which are having latest post before 25 June 2020 have been locked including my league so I can't edit it.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Hello Lai,
I have reopened your league's thread. I am going to escalate this thread to the developers as well. I will keep this thread open for updates on this problem/bug. 

If anyone else wants their league threads re-opened, link the thread below and a moderator can re-open them for you.

Hello,
I am going to move this thread to the Help and Support subforum. I have spoken to a member of the support team who has confirmed that the threads being closed isn't a bug.
