Rating 1?

I've found some seriously bad drivers.

All I want is to ask: how is it possible to have a driver/designer/manager/director/doctor with rating 1?

(If you can only approach a driver/designer/manager/director/doctor with the lowest rating of 2; then how you can make him worse?)

even worse for the teams that have these drivers/staff!!

I think they're so inactive they won't read it.

Look at the team the 1st bad driver races for. :3. Made me lol!

Anyway, a searious response is that when you do not train your staff or drivers, there are very slim chances they will improve at all (possibly will improve in experience), They actually get worse if you don't train them, which is a pain sometimes, especially with my driver (on my main account) Schäfer!

I had this guy in one of my B teams and he seemed to do a pretty good job considering there was no commercial center. So if you want a guy to eat donuts, sleep on the job and wonder why he is in a top team, Samuel Hunt is your man!

Its possible to have a rating 1 driver because when you get over 21 i think the drivers attributes start going down so whosever driver it is they never trained them so they probably started at rating 2

Yeh, I don't train my Comercial Manager and on my reserve team (Carlito Waltino) my Commericial Manager is now a Level 1. I'm SO PROUD!
