I think it would be a nice idea if the ? and ?could be switched on or off by the host. 
If it was off, people could just post ? or ? as a reply. I bet there'd be a lot fewer ? if people couldn't hide behind the anonymity of them

A While ago you could remove these so no one could click them, I Suggest bringing that option back for the Host as there are a few getting all their comments 'disliked' purely because of who's posting it and not because of the posts content. This is a form of Bullying, its subtle and cowardly to do it, but still it's all the same. I'm tired of seeing people in leagues either quit or be forced out of a league because they are being victimized in this manner, people should have the stones to voice their opinion and not hide behind the thumbs down option on a screen. Anyhoo I'm going to stop before I start ranting.

Host Option to remove the like/dislike feature. Bring it Back.
