My brother is trying to access his 2guard32 account. The app crashed and would not let him back in. He is trying to regain access, but it keeps crashing. Additionally, he tried to access the account on the online version, and do a pw recovery. when he put in the code, there are not 38+ accounts set up using his email. He needs the other accounts shut down and to keep the before mentioned one opwn
What happened instead?
He is locked out and the site is telling him that he needs to change the email to the duplicate accounts. He would if he could, but there is no access to be had.
