My suggestions:

1) To display the salary requested at the auctions at the app, it is never there, only at the PC.



*EDIT - Also the salary of the unemployed ones at the shortlist that you can hire immediately.*



2) A date limit in the contract, instead of just championship races. There are many managers that doesn't play anymore in years and they have good pilots and staff.
50 races or 6 months, for example, whichever comes first.
Like this, an inactive manager could eventually return to game and not just forget his team with everyone stuck.

1. After buy pilot or staff, they wages recalculate of his overall lvl, so cirrent wages useless

2. terrible idea

someone spent honestly earned tokens at the auction, someone contributed real ones. So be kind and strain yourself. Moreover, the game is constantly generating new staff. And from level 14, there are no problems to hire young pilots with 20 talent in the youth academy

Suggestion is just to show the salary requested at the auction in the app - and in the shortlist, if unemployed. Pointless to show salary at the auction in the pc browser and not at the app.

I don't see this recalculating the salary due to the level, I had two T20 drivers, lvl 11 and lvl 10 and the lvl 11 had less than 500k of salary, as the other was going to more than 700k.
This I already knew, because it was shown at the PC when I bought him.

For me, seems that if a driver was traded 10 times more than another one, this will increase his salary a lot.




I'm always searching for new staff and drivers, not limited to the auctions, I have many good ones at the shortlist that may never go to the auctions, so I'm not complaining that I can't find them. That is not the issue.

With this suggestion, I only see good things, especially in keeping the managers more active.

If you have not seen / did not notice, then this does not mean that it is not so.

Any pilot from the academy will have a wages of 315k, he can be trained up to level 20, you just need to renew the contract, and one extension will be enough to get all the maximum stats, while the salary will be only 315k + 10% = 347k, but if this pilot is sold / dismiss, and someone will buy it, then the wages will be more than 1M, something about 1.2M

That only shows how different can it be and it is an important info, of course. I will remember this if I create a young driver, thanks!

How the salary is calculated is another thing and not clear anyway, I see depends of the previous salary + 10%.

Remembering to all: the suggestion is to show the salary they request at the app. I see no reason why not to show it, especially if it is already shown at the auction in the PC.

Also, the salary for the ones unemployed if you buy now.

The salary is always the same and depends on the level,  when he/she is hired.

and in case of staff on the Stars, too.
With every contract extension the salary increases by 10%.
Thats the reason why academy drivers are way better, you hire them at level 5 and train them....

I'm seeing the pattern of salaries in auction with all your info (I let go a t20 due to high salary and hired another t20 low level one), but anyway my suggestion is different than that.

Please consider showing the salary requested at the app (only shows at the PC) and in the shortlist also (not shown at app or PC).
