Unless bottas gets lewis into t1, or they do a tribute to the 2016 grand prix, it's hard to see anyone other than lewis winning, in a standard race. Of course, a badly timed safety car or mechanical problem could change that.
That being said, im going to be brave and say max verstappen. Looked just as quick, if not quicker in race simulations. At a circuit and temperature that should suit red bull.

on a serious note, iGP needs to introduce a way to close polls while still allowing the results to be visible. And I way for the poll maker to see who voted for what option
