If I try to log in on the browser or on another device (I use the app) the game just tells me that my account is inactive or nonexistent, which is not true because i come online everyday

I checked your account, everything seems to be working perfectly. It also shows the last login at 18:10 GTM, August 21/2020.
You could be more detailed in case this happens again.

Yes I recently fixed this by using a Facebook account

P.S. how do I put the "solved" mark on this? is it assigned by moderators?
