I don't know why first driver physical graph is not higher than segon driver's physical graph.

Health: 100% both

The graph is lower because of the fact he's got weight of 60 rather than 51kg. when his weight reaches the limit of 51kg his graph will gradually go up.

Test them for 5 races. Pick the 1 who's better.

I think talent 19 one is better now, but I don't know if a talent 20 driver will be better only for the reason that he's more talented. Is there any difference betwen a talent 19 and a talent 20 driver?

I'd say choose talent over anything else since their health is equal. Remember, everything else can be trained. Talent can't.

Talent is the most important, but a 20 talent isn't always better than a 19 talent.

That would be a great idea however it can ruin relationships and it also comes at a cost! If I were you, i'd go for the 20 talent. The only major ability the other driver has is his weight, but 60kg's isn't far off and with a few Doctor and Physical Trainings, it'll be worth it.

Go for the 20 talent.

It might sound stupid, but driver weight does not seem to affect their performance if reflexes and stamina are maxed out.

I once had a driver who was fast enough to set two qualifying records and a race lap record (have been beaten since, but not by much) when he was 74kg. He was 16 talent aswell, this was back before 20 talents existed and 18 was the highest (and very rare) you could find.
