Doctor's, Tech Managers,......

I have a general question since starting this season I was a lvl 1 now mid way though I am lvl 4.  Is there a benifit to cancling contract's of the staff so to speak up grading your team to a lvl 4 staff?

Also Doctor what do they provide to the team an drivers...... I guess with that what do the other Staffing Figure heads do?

There are actually only 2 staff positions in your team that are important. These are Doctor and Designer however Commercial Manager can be important if you own a Commerce BUT you must be careful that the wages you pay your Comercial Manager still leave you a nice amount of money from what you sell at the Commerce. Also, iGpManager have said that your Technical Manager does' not do anything at the moment but in the future they will. 

My solution to this is to pay my Level 1 Commercial Manager a very low wage as I do not bother with Commerce because in my opinion, its not worth it, and I try to do the same with my Technical Director however my Technical Director tends to hang around Level 3 because it is still important to do technical trainings. 

Your Designer helps with 2 things:
1) Makes your new parts develop quicker.
2) Increases the amount the parts develop by each time they do develop.

I am not 100% sure about the Doctor but my educated guess would be that your Doctor improves your Drivers Health. By this I mean they decrease the Health Percentage they lose every race.

All I really know about Doctors are that they are important. Also you are advised to hire a better Designer every time you level up but if your short on cash, don't!

A good Doctor can boost morale and also lowers the effect of aging on your driver.

A doctor does not have any effect on your drivers ageing process.

Your driver will age by 1 year for each 20 races they compete in.

So to add to what I have just done for this trend for all.

I upgraded from a lvl 1 to a lvl 4 Chief Designer, I admidatally noticed that the maxium performance for this season went up 8%. 

Also while desiging parts for next season I recieved the standard 1% on this years part, but 5% on next season which I was only getting 3-4%.
