I've been wondering why we don't have the option to set unique rules for each league... because setting a tyre rule and making players obey it can be some trouble.
My suggestion is to enable league hosts to set rules unique to their leagues, in addition to the options we have now (season length, number of car(s) per team, and race distance).

- RACE TYRE: No rule / 2 or more compounds must be used
- FUEL: Refuelling disabled / Refuelling enabled
- SAFETY CAR: Physical safety car only / Both physical/virtual safety car
- QUALIFYING TYRE: Softs for everyone / The compound each driver is starting on
- DRS: No DRS / DRS enabled
- BOOST: ERS (rechargeable) / Push to pass (classic Boost we have now) / No boost, just ICE
- POINT DISTRIBUTION: Top 8 / Top 10 / Top 15 / All cars
- BONUS POINTS: No bonus points / 1pt for FL / 1pt for PP

This would make each league more unique.
Maybe changing those rules after several seasons would create new challenges and make the whole experience on iGP something even more special.

Yes, I'd like that too. 

Not my idea but wished for in the past by managers:
Race Tyre II: Limit of 2/3 compounds available in the race, manual select or random.

I really like this idea, although imo removing drs/boost and having a single quali tyre would limit options, but having it as an option for league owners would mean that wouldn't be a problem. 
The customization options for leagues would be great, but; The amount of coding involved with creating so many different possibilities while eliminating bugs would be massive, particularly for no refueling and charging ERS. Not to say it couldn't happen, but it would take a massive update from the devs.
Maybe introducing customization like this one option at a time would be best?

Very good idea.  I am in favor of such a modification.  It will probably be very difficult to do this, but it may add new policy options in turn, not all together

I've played iGP some years back and people already asked for those things, If you guys are still asking for it and the devs don't have a fixed thread about it (and others suggestions that people always asks for) explaining if it will be implemented or not, and their view on the subject I suspect it won't be implemented. The game will stay shallow with 1 good strat for every race.

Fully agree.
However, there're still many bugs in the game are waiting to fix. Maybe it need to move backwards a little bit compared to those emergency bugs.

It depends on how good the host is and how good the league is but in our league we have a 2 tyre rule but we're told which 2 tyres we can use which stops most races being run on supers and softs. For example, our next race is Australia and we have to run Softs and Hards. 
We also have a boost ban where boosting is banned for the final 15% of the race
I can't imagine that even if the devs were able to include the OPs suggestion, they couldn't get it to the level that our league would need it to operate at. For us, it's better that we run it on trust than being able to use a tyre rule that still doesn't do what we do.
