I can't see the stats of my former drivers. Can an IGP staff solve this?

That's because they are signed to a different team. If no other team owns them, you will be able to see the stats. Look at what it says on their profile page:

"Specific data is being held by Beautiful Luck Racing"
"Specific data is being held by Equipe Argent de la Couche"

etc
