How come my practice times sre not posted when I review practice rounds?  Am I doing something wrong or is that info have to be earned through upgrading something?

Lap times are currently not working.

It causes a bug in the system that hasn't been sorted out when it's activated.

It doesn't cause a bug. What it does is to add load to the system.

We are fairly sure that we have addressed the issues with load. Once we are more certain, we will enable this feature.

Does that it mean it will be back  ....? I've been playing this game for ages and i've only seen it running on 2 occasions.

It will be back - once the devs know the system can cope with the load.
