Is it possible to promote teams from pro to elite to build up the elite league

Hello,
The support team recently discontinued their automatic promotion service, however, if you put some spare accounts into Pro, you may be able to activate promotion to Elite. 
Furthermore, you can  use the Leagues and Events subforum to try to attract new members to your league.
