Competitor runs out of fuel but continues

What did you try to do?
In three races now a car in the race, say third place has been announced as run out of fuel, but just continues to the end of the race without entering pits to refuel and finishes still in third place. They should be stopped for fuel or retired, they are depriving me of a higher finish!

What happened instead?
Competitor just continued to the end of the race

It’s not a bug for me but in the actual game

It's called coasting.  Though iGP's iteration is somewhat unrealistic.

A driver out of fuel continues to run for almost a full lap. Speed will diminish though, in highly competitive leagues, running out means losing points.
