An example of what I am talking about:
http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=race-result/335790
The last stop. Gjoka, Bakke and Ignatius.
Gjoka P1, with about a 1 second lead over Bakke. Bakke P2, with about a 1 second lead over Ignatius. So 2 seconds separate the trio.
Gjoka gets a 4.7s stop and Bakke gets a 4.9s stop, so Bakke was actually slower than Gjoka but leaves the pits ahead of Gjoka. Ignatius gets a 4.7 second stop (same as Gjoka) and leaves the pits ahead of both of them.
After they all exit the pits Gjoka has lost 2 positions and is a good 2 seconds behind Ignatius even though he entered the pits approximately 2 seconds ahead and they had an identical pit stop.
There was no traffic for any of the 3 cars.
