Personally, I always train my drivers in the following order:

1st Physical - 2nd  Driving Ability - 3rd Mental.

How do you even train drivers like that? I just press "train"

Hello,
On the training page, there is a button which looks like a turning arrow (?). This enables you to change which area of the driver will improve out of the 3 areas meantionsd above. (Mental, Driving Ability and Physical).
