What did you try to do?
Today at Abu Dhabi, I started boosting right after the person ahead of me started boosting. I was about half a second behind him before the boosting started.

What happened instead?
On the back straight, he pulled away from me very fast even though we were both boosting so I missed the drs. I was keeping up with him easily before this and we were on pretty much the same strategy. My headquarters are level 20 and I'm guessing his is too.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Honor 8X

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Emui 10

Can the bug be reproduced?
This has been happening for a long time. I always feel like even when I press the boost, I don't really gain much speed.

Noticed it again today. People were easily pulling away from me even though we were both boosting.

From your explanation I think their technology HQ are a higher level so their boost is more powerful

the same, I ask for the removal of the boost or the modification.

We’re you on PL5? I think it has an effect on how successful your boost is.

Without boost there is much less fun, imagine a wet race almost every day. I agree boost can be overused, but if you use it correctly it is a great tool

I have noticed that the person that starts boosting first goes faster most of the time assuming both tech levels are the same.

My hq and boost is all maxed out so that should not be the problem.

From what I've noticed, the power given by boost increases the longer you hold the button up to about a second, so if the driver you're behind uses boost and you boost half a second or a second later, he will initially be getting more power from the boost, even at the same technology level. I've also noticed that at specific points of certain circuits, boost seems to have a greater effect. Always in acceleration zones. Hope this helps

Thanks that does make sense. Seems like quite a flawed system though.

When the bug boost you have to think of an improvement. The question of intelligence does not arise here since the servers are broken.

I think it gives the person in front the chance to get the jump on a following car, so you have to really be on your toes if following.
