Remove season 1 from peak rep

As the title says I think season 1 reputation needs to be removed or not included in peak reputation because I can't see how anyone will ever better this?

Then season 2 will just be unbeatable, but I agree the peak rep system is broken. Something needs to be done about the rep system before everybody ends up at 5000 again

The whole HOF rep system is broke. But at least it does not effect the racing, unlike other bugs that need to be fixed and should of been fixed before this massive waste of time of redoing the HOF. 

Maybe it works as intended. If they want new managers competing in HOF, a level playing field, maybe thats why they did what they did. Maybe we have to get used to this, 6000 beeing a very good rep  rating might become normal in the future.

Don’t get me wrong, i don’t think that is what should happen. Reputation imo is something to build up over multiple seasons, shouldnt decline like it does now.

I agree with Slo even if the Rep System allow me to be 10th in the Belgium HoF.

I mean, i'm only playing (2nd time since 2017) for a few weeks and i can already be higher than some very talented managers.

It's strange.

The core fame of a manager must remain as it is because he or she deserves it by racing for so long when you put it against a new manager.

 I mean, if Ferrari were in iGP for real, his Rep should not be downgraded so fast or reset because it is Ferrari, it's a trusted and well known name in the world of racing. So are famous managers in iGP.

You should consider doing this here. My suggestion would be this one :

Split Reputation in a 2-Rep system.

One part being pure results on track. It is your own strenght that build it. Not to be reseted.

2nd part being rep other managers can give you (+1, +2, etc) meaning that your behaviour (on league chat, league forum, this main forum, etc ...), the way you speak, the way you help others,... will be very important an can help you to be the Nr1 in iGP. This one should be reset every month.

Reputation is, for me, skills aside, the way other people see you. Are you a good man, an evil manager, a bad host for the guys in your league ?

It should matter.
