Pro to Rookie Management help

Is there a way to move a team that just recently joined a league from the Pro levels to the Rookie levels?

The Rookie lvl only has 13 out of 16 teams and when a new manager recently joined the league he was put into the Pro lvl.

When looking at his team he is a lvl 8 with the top team in rookie being a 9 an others in the 4-5 range.

Any assistance will be greatly appreicated since we are trying to build up this league from the bottom up before we start to expand.

I don't believe you can do that. The manager in pro would have to find a league that can to promotion/demotion and get demoted by coming in last.

Or the manager can reset his team.

Also is there certain lvls for rookie?  Lvl 1-6   Pro Lvl 7-??  and Elite XX - XXXXXX

I know from looking at other leagues if you place within the top two in a league you move upward until you are in Elite and the opposite if you are within the last two place in Pro and Elite you make a step backwards.

There are no certain levels, if a team wins the league and gets promoted, or just happens to start there, that is where they will remain, regardless of the level.

There is a maximum competing level for Rookie of level 8 & level 12 for Pro.

You will continue to accrue points, but you will not be able to employ new staff above that level.
