Why do overall star ratings go down over time? It seems pretty irrelevant to the game and annoys me because there's nothing I can do to get the level back up again. Take doctors for example. It says "Reduces the health required for each training session by 1% per star", but then level goes down and then quality plummets even if attributes are decent. If there was some sort of way to get staff level up that would make the game better. Don't know if this was meant by the developers but still is confusing and I don't know the purpose for this
This is because you as a manager level up, doc remains same level so his star rating (star rating beeing his level compared to your manager level) declines.
Solution is to get a new doc every now and again if you level up.
