What did you try to do?
Looking for new driver in forum marketplace and found a driver who  Level 16. My manager level is just 12, i didn't double check and bit him.

What happened instead?
Then i won and cut my transfer money which is nearly 4M. But i can't find that driver in my driver list. Just lost 4M and nothing happen and never found him in my driver list.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Hello Zara, I'll mark your case for support to review, so you can get at least your money and, if also deducted, token back. Could you please check if some other staff or driver you didn't bid on entered your team instead and report back which one if it's the case?

No new driver or staff in my list. In my case, i bid only one driver and not found in my driver list. I have two driver. so there should be three drivers if some one entered in my list.

I checked your account history, the only two tokens spent were for two auctions, one successful with the purchase of a technical director (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=staff&id=6858435&tab=attributes ) and another token unsuccessful aimed at a talented driver 2, level 4 (https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=9159529&tab=attributes ).
I don't see any charge of 4 million to your account.
The only debits are from the salaries of your staff members including drivers. You can check it yourself in your finances.
Could you give me more info ?

That amount of signing fee has been deducted by this driver https://igpmanager.com/app/d=driver&id=8689262 auction.I never bit a driver who point you in your reply.

I couldn't find that driver, but I noticed this expense which is actually strange.
I returned the full amount charged to your account.
