If the race starts on the hour, does your driver gain 5% health at lights out?

Nope. Last update is at 1800 for us

So what happens at 1900 hours when the race starts, does 5% get added post race before the next hourly 5%. Or does it just get missed. I know it ain’t a big deal just wondering... if that is the case seems slightly unfair on leagues that race on the hour rather than half hour 🧐
